Our stay at the Broadmead Villa was fantastic! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the town center. We loved the small park across the road, it was a peaceful place to relax. The staff and owner were incredibly helpful and provided us with a list of great places to eat. The room we stayed in had a cozy boutique feel and even had a mini bar and fresh milk. Breakfast was tasty, although we decided to try some local breakfast spots instead. we couldn't complain about the price we paid for such a convenient and enjoyable stay. We will definitely stay here again!

Hotel was deluxe, had fabulous staff and facilities. Near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Will be back and recommend it to all;)))

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had all the necessary amenities. The location was great, with easy access to the town center and the ferry to St Mawes. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent, especially the option of having kippers!
There were a few drawbacks during our stay. The limited parking caused some inconvenience, as we had to find alternative parking arrangements.

The hotel was comfortable and clean, very good value for money. They need more car paking space.

The location of the hotel was convenient, being close to the town and within walking distance. the deluxe room had a garden view and was spacious, with a comfortable bed. the breakfast was excellent, with generous portions and locally sourced ingredients. the mini fridge and snacks provided in the room were a thoughtful touch.
There were some noise disturbances from the main road and pedestrians walking back from the town.

Very nice breakfast.
No evening meal facility. Road adjacent to hotel very noisy from 05:00 a.m. onwards; lack of double glazing in hotel didn't help the situation. Hotel clean but needs some urgent modernisation and maintenance.Male owner polite but blunt on occasions.

Loved the newly renovated penthouse room, it was spacious and had a fresh feel to it. the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. - Conveniently located, making it easy to explore the attractions of Cornwall.
The carpets in the reception and dining area looked a bit worn and could use a refresh. Was unable to enjoy a cooked breakfast due to early departure, only offered cereal, fruit, and yogurt.

Hotel Manager and staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was good. Everything was clean. The bed was very comfortable, The price was very good. But if I recommended the hotel it would be on the basis of my comments below.
Parking was difficult. It was the first time I have been in a hotel bedroom where the toilet facilities were not separated from the rest of the bedroom by a door! From the size of the radiator, I guess that the room could be extremely hot when the heating was turned on.

The proprietor went out of his way to accommodate me even though my booking was at short notice and there was no one room available for all 5 nights. Accommodation in Falmouth for the dates I wanted was scarce and thanks to Broadmead, I was able to stay, even though this meant moving between rooms during my stay. The inconvenience of this was more than compensated for, by the ability to experience 3 very different rooms, each of which was comfortable and with its own unique character. A good hotel with very attentive staff and comfortable surroundings. I would also recommend the breakfasts
A small detail but in 2 of the rooms, there was no shower attachment over the bath, however pouring jugs were provided.

As longer term business travelers, we were impressed by the convenient and well-maintained facilities at the Broadmead. the check-in process was easy and the door code worked reliably. the rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for a solo traveler. the recently refurbished bathrooms were a nice touch, with hot water and a user-friendly shower. the price was exceptionally good for the quality of the experience. the location was great for exploring, with plenty of local places to eat out. the complimentary hot drinks and local goodies in the room basket were a nice touch. the staff were friendly and accommodating, meeting our gluten-free needs. Highly recommended!
Felt special, no complaints at all.

As usual the Broardmead did exactly what I wanted it to do, friendly service, friendly staff, clean room and a good breakfast.
It's beginning to look a bit faded from the outside i.e. windows need replaceing.

Away from town centre noise but only a five minute walk away for shops and other town facilities. Good breakfast. Car park was joined to hotel.
